On the Console version, Old-gen console version, Mobile version, and 3DS version, it can be found in Floating Island Chests, or by opening a Sky Crate that is obtained by fishing in the Space biome.
It's my second time playing with these two mods together and I remember using a guide that had a mix of classes for both of these mods combined.
